Connecting People...Transforming Lives
|
Worship is more than just singing faces on a stage. It's recognizing and acknowledging God's worth and value; focusing on Him and not on ourselves. Here at BBC we have a place for everyone in which we can give of our time and talents to bring God worth and value. Please take a look at these opportunities and then get plugged in!
Worship at Bethsalem is a wonderful time of Celebration aimed at assisting the church in its mission of "Centering Our Lives on Christ." The work weeks are long and filled with all sorts of distractions and pitfalls that can hinder our relationship with The Father. It is this idea that fuels our passion as a Church to spend time in every service lifting praises to Him as we stand before His Presence. We, as a church, sing praises to thank the LORD for His work in our lives and to lay our petitions before Him of our desires for His future work in our lives. Our Minister of Music leads the congregation in a blended style of worship consisting of Contemporary Praise Hymns and Choruses while utilizing, as well, the great, traditional hymns on which the church was raised. So no matter your preference of music, at Bethsalem there is always an atmosphere of unhindered Worship.
The Music Ministry at Bethsalem is committed to offering its very best in bringing praise and honor to Christ and in leading others into His presence. Being a part of this ministry provides us all with the opportunity to allow God to use us to lead His church in Worship. God's Word calls for His people to "Make a Joyful Noise." So from Childhood through the Golden Years, Bethsalem allows multiple opportunities for God's people to sing His praises and glorify Him in Worship. If you would like more information on becoming part of this dynamic ministry, please contact Cleve Mallory at 205.755.1413.
